9月2日，在2023年中国国际服务贸易交易会开幕之际，“北京日”京津冀协同招商推介暨投资北京全球峰会在北京国家会议中心举行。在“北京日”活动的全球发布环节，北京市政府国际版门户网站微信公众号“BeijingService”正式上线，这是北京打造数字化政务服务平台，助力国际交往中心建设的有力实践。

2020年10月，北京市推出英语、韩语、日语、德语、法语、西班牙语、俄语、阿拉伯语共8个语言版本的国际版门户网站。网站紧紧围绕北京国际交往中心功能建设，集信息发布、公共服务、咨询交流于一体，为外资企业和外籍人士提供一站式、全周期网上服务。

为进一步提升首都国际化网上服务水平，同时扩大北京国际版门户网站的传播力和影响力，打造多渠道融合的服务平台，北京国际版门户网站微信公众号“BeijingService”应运而生，为外资企业和外籍人士提供简明易懂、及时便捷的数字政务服务。

微信公众号“BeijingService”开设“Discover”（发现北京）、“Business”（投资北京）、“Services”（高频服务）三个主栏目。
